Kevin Falcon was convicted by a unanimous jury of second degree murder while engaged in cruelty to a juvenile and received the mandatory life sentence for the conviction. Jessica M. Tensley was also convicted by a 10-2 jury vote of second degree murder while engaged in cruelty to a juvenile.
