This case is before this Court upon an appeal of a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County entered on November 2, 2005. In that order, the circuit court dismissed an appeal of a grievance decision filed by the appellants and petitioners below, Stephen Antolini, Roger McClanahan, and Mickey Sylvester, after finding that their claims were barred by res judicata.
