Plaintiffs appeal from an order granting defendants' motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

FACTS

Narindra Nath Handa ("Mr. Handa") and Yashula Handa ("Mrs. Handa"), plaintiffs, are husband and wife. Mr. Handa and Mrs. Handa filed a verified complaint against Albert R. Munn, III, M.D. ("Dr. Munn") and Capital Eye Center, P.A., defendants.
