Presently before the court is a motion (Doc. 16), filed by defendant Hartford Insurance, Inc. ("Hartford"), to dismiss the complaint filed by plaintiff's Novinger Group, Inc., James D. Novinger, and Patrick D. Hospodavis (collectively "plaintiff's"). For the reasons that follow, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
