GALWAY, J.

The defendants, Stephen G. and Phyllis G. Gerrato, and Andrew M. and Cynthia L. Birse, appeal the decision of the Trial Court (Morrill, J.) ruling that a lane running through their respective properties is a class VI highway. We affirm.
