J.T. appeals from an order of the juvenile court in which he was adjudicated delinquent for criminal damage to property in the second degree. The evidence shows that J.T. was involved in painting graffiti and gang signs on an automobile driven by one of his classmates at school. In this appeal, J.T. contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the petition because the state failed to prove that the damage to the automobile...
