This is a suit under ERISA and the Taft-Hartley Act by the trustees of a multiemployer pension plan for an accounting and damages. Section 515 of ERISA, 29 U.S.C. § 1145, requires an employer to make contributions to a multiemployer plan that are called for "under the terms of the plan or under the terms of a collectively bargained agreement," and section 502(g)(2) makes the employer's obligation enforceable by a suit in federal court....
