Defendant pleaded guilty in 1993 to sexual abuse in the first degree in satisfaction of an indictment which also charged sodomy in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. He was sentenced to three years in prison and three years of postrelease supervision to be served concurrent to a term of 188 months in federal prison for his conviction of possession of child pornography.
