Appellant, Lamar Advantage Holding Co., Inc. ("Lamar"), appeals the Saline County Circuit Court's ruling granting summary judgment in favor of the Arkansas State Highway Commission ("ASHC"). We reverse the circuit court's order granting summary judgment and remand for trial.
