¶ 1 KESSLER, J.

Quantae T. Hines appeals from his reconfinement sentence and from an order denying his postconviction motion challenging his reconfinement sentence. Because we determine that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it failed to allow Hines to allocute prior to the court imposing its reconfinement sentence, we reverse the trial court's denial of Hines's postconviction motion and remand this case for further proceedings in accordance...
