PER CURIAM.

In this action for wrongful discharge and breach of contract,1 plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition to defendants under state law and pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Because federal law preempts plaintiff's claim pursuant to the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA), 29 USC 141 et seq., specifically 301, 29 USC 185(a), we reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings...
