Defendant pleaded guilty in 2005 to sexual abuse in the second degree of a four-year-old child and was sentenced to a one-year jail term. Upon completion of his sentence, the Board of Examiners of Sex Offenders prepared a risk assessment instrument pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act (see Correction Law art 6-C), calculating a score of 135 points, including 30 points under the risk factor for having a prior youthful offender adjudication...
