In this appeal from a summary judgment, Hussein and Aida Haidar contend the trial court erred in dismissing their claims against Nortex Foundation Designs, Inc. and Jerry L. Coffee, P.E. Nortex and Coffee moved for summary judgment on two grounds, including that all claims asserted against them were barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
