Sharon Adelman-Reyes filed suit in federal court alleging her former employer, Saint Xavier University ("University"), denied her tenure because of her Jewish faith in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2. Adelman-Reyes also alleged that the dean of the University's School of Education tortiously interfered with her prospective employment at the University by writing a negative tenure recommendation...
