Appellant Lorenza Sessions appeals a final judgment and conviction for attempted first degree murder. Following a day of drinking and partying, Sessions assaulted his girlfriend after becoming suspicious that she was cheating on him. Sessions and his girlfriend had a prior altercation the same day at a party they both attended and Sessions left the party.
