Respondents-Appellees Milton Donelson ("Donelson") and Cortez Lotts ("Lotts") (collectively, "Appellees") claimed that their former employer, Petitioner-Appellant Electronic Data Systems Corporation ("EDS"), discriminated against them in violation of Michigan law.
