Plaintiffs Duane and Patty Reutter have sued Drs. Kevin Weber and Matthew Sumpter and Pueblo Cardiology Associates, P.C. (collectively, "Defendants") for malpractice based on what they allege to have been negligent medical treatment given to Mr. Reutter in January 2002. In this original proceeding, the Reutters seek relief from a trial court order allowing Defendants to interview on an informal basis other medical providers...
