SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

Veronica Maria Sallis appeals the denial of her motion to suppress and sentence following her conditional plea of guilty to one count of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). We affirm.

I.

On the morning of December 21, 2005, a black woman entered the Wells Fargo Bank in Hopkins, Minnesota, and wrote a demand note on a deposit slip which stated: "give me the money or I'll shot you Don't try anything stupid...
