In March 2002, plaintiff and defendant Robert R. Miclette, Jr. were involved in a multicar accident on Interstate 90 in Onondaga County. Miclette was driving defendant Peggy L. Senecal's vehicle when a tractor trailer allegedly entered his lane of travel, causing Miclette to strike the center guard rail and rebound back into traffic.
