This is an appeal from the award and order in a sexual harassment case decided by the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights. The employer appeals the commission's decision, arguing that the award should be reduced since the employee should have mitigated her damages by accepting the employer's offer of re-employment, the commission should not have included vacation pay in the employee...
