MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

Before me are several motions that require resolution. First, defendants St. Mary's Catholic Church and Saint Mary's School (collectively "St. Mary's"),1 Monsignor James McLoughlin ("McLoughlin"), the Catholic Diocese of Rockford (the "Diocese"), and Monsignor David Kagan ("Kagan") have moved for a protective order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c).
