Quality Foods, Inc. bought the unit from Johan Heinz Lindeman and Gisela Margarette Lindeman, as trustees of the Lindeman Family Trust. Condominium unit owners Roy and Lynn Smithberg, Dennis Barr, Stanley E. Strickland, and C.
