This appeal pertains to a health care liability suit brought by appellee, George H. Williams, on Behalf of the Estate of Frances M. Mitchell and on Behalf of all Wrongful Death Beneficiaries, against appellant, Dr. Anil B. Patel. The trial court denied appellant's motion to dismiss, and this interlocutory appeal followed.
