GASKINS, J.
Originally charged with first degree murder, armed robbery and aggravated burglary in the death of an elderly woman, the defendant, Richard Grady, was allowed to plead guilty to only armed robbery. He was sentenced to 50 years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. He appeals his sentence as excessive. We affirm.
