Creditor Lawrence Athletic Club ("LAC") appeals a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas entered in favor of Tara Bushaw Scroggin ("Debtor") for damages and sanctions resulting from LAC's willful violation of the automatic stay.
