The circuit court entered judgment imposing, as a monetary sanction against Robert C. Nusbaum, an attorney, for his misconduct during a jury trial, an award of attorneys' fees and costs to the opposing parties. In the same judgment order, the circuit court found Nusbaum guilty of criminal contempt of court in violation of Code § 18.2-456(1) and imposed a fine of $250 pursuant to Code § 18.2-457.
