("SNSA"), the Stolt Nielsen Transportation Group, Samuel A. Cooperman ("Cooperman"), and Richard B. Wingfield ("Wingfield") (together, "Defendants") with violations of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. Now before the Court are Defendants' Motions...
