Appellants Mary Ramirez, Jennifer Gomez, Stacy Roberts, Sara Sosa, and Isela Villarreal (the "employees") sued their former employer, DRC Distributors, Ltd. ("DRC") for sexual discrimination in violation of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (the "TCHRA"), Tex. Lab.Code Ann. §§ 21.001-.556 (Vernon 2006). Prior to filing suit, the employees jointly filed a discrimination complaint with the Texas Commission...
