A Walker County jury convicted Kenneth Ray Wallin of aggravated assault and aggravated stalking. In his sole enumeration of error, Wallin contends that he received ineffective assistance from his trial counsel. The asserted deficiency is his trial counsel's failure to call the clinical psychologist retained by the defense, or to obtain a continuance so that the psychologist's attendance could be secured, and thereby failing to effectively pursue at...
