Per Curiam.

By decision in June 2000, this Court suspended respondent from practice indefinitely for failure to comply with the attorney registration requirements (see Matter of Attorneys in Violation of Judiciary Law § 468-a, 273 A.D.2d 600 [2000]). He remains so suspended to date.
