Pro-se appellant-petitioner John Carnes ("Carnes") appeals from a default judgment in the Wells Circuit Court after he failed to appear for the hearing. Concluding that Carnes failed to first file a Trial Rule 60(B) motion with the trial court and that he has also failed to make any cogent argument, we affirm.
