John and Susie Lozano appeal the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Ocwen Federal Bank on the Lozanos' claims related to Ocwen's foreclosure of their home in Houston, Texas.1 The Lozanos sought a declaratory judgment to void the foreclosure and remove the cloud of title on the property.
