We review a referee's report recommending that attorney Reid Alexander Cocalis be diverted to the Florida Bar's Practice and Professionalism Enhancement Program and, in particular, that Cocalis be directed to attend the Bar's Ethics School at his expense. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-5.3(h)(2). The Bar petitions for review of that recommendation. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.; R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-5.3(h)(4)...
