¶ 1. Although the trial court granted the defendant's motion to compel arbitration as to one count in a multi-count complaint, the trial court denied the defendant's motion to compel arbitration as to the remaining counts. From this order denying the motion to compel as to all counts in the complaint, the defendant petitioned us for an interlocutory appeal, which we granted. Finding no error, we affirm the order denying arbitration...
