James Courts appeals a hearing officer's final order upholding the action of the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) which eliminated his previously awarded two weeks of 24-hour companion care and denied his request for an additional two weeks of 24-hour companion care services provided to him under a Medicaid waiver program. Appellant contends that AHCA erred by refusing to provide the 24-hour care that it had provided in the past...
