Dr. Shirley Curl filed a petition for review of an order of the Secretary of Education that had denied Dr. Curl's appeal of a decision of her former employer, the Solanco School District, and affirmed the District's dismissal of Dr. Curl from her position with the District as Director of Instructional Services.
