KENNETH R. CARR, Justice.

Appellant Enes Kanlic, M.D. ("Dr. Kanlic") appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss pursuant to Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code sections 101.106(a) and (f). Finding no error, we affirm.
