¶ 1 Diana and Loren Michael Dolby filed a lawsuit against Walter and Karen Worthy, doing business as Worthy Enterprises. The Dolbys attempted to effect service by serving Crystal Pagel, an administrative office assistant at Worthy Enterprises.
