Opinion by Justice FITZGERALD.

Joe Lopez appeals a take-nothing summary judgment on his claims for breach of contract and fraud against Vehicle Removal Corporation ("VRC"). In three issues, Lopez argues the trial court erroneously granted the summary judgment on both the breach-of-contract and fraud grounds, and that the trial court erroneously sustained objections to his summary judgment evidence.
