Appellant, Christopher Vomakoyima Tita, was charged by indictment with aggregated theft by a government contractor of over $200,000. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 31.03(f)(2) (Vernon Supp.2006). Appellant entered a plea of not guilty and the case proceeded to trial before a jury. After considering the evidence, the jury found appellant guilty as charged in the indictment.
