Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction for two counts of robbery in the second degree, ORS 164.405. He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion for a judgment of acquittal based on insufficiency of the evidence and the court's denial of his motion for a recess to review the investigating police officer's notes.
