RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Plaintiff, Dr. John C. Roberts, M.D. (Roberts), appeals the trial court's award of judgment in favor of Appellee-Defendant, Community Hospitals of Indiana, Inc. (Community).

We reverse and remand for further proceedings.

ISSUES
