¶ 1 Appellant James Prentiss Coghill was convicted after a jury trial of fourteen counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor under the age of fifteen, all dangerous crimes against children and class two felonies, and one count of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, a class three felony. Before sentencing, the trial court granted the state's motion to dismiss the dangerous crimes against children...
