This case arises from an order of the Crawford County Circuit Court denying appellant Carl Bagley's motion to terminate his child-support obligation for his adult son, Shawn Bagley, who is mentally retarded. On appeal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in concluding that no material change in circumstances had occurred and in requiring him to continue paying child support for Shawn. We agree and reverse the trial court's order.
