This appeal addresses whether the trial court can exercise jurisdiction over a lawsuit arising from a personal injury that occurred in Colorado. The premises owner, Double Eagle Resorts, Inc. d/b/a Double Eagle Hotel & Casino, is a Colorado corporation with its principal place of business in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
