R.App. P.— Crim. 3(a)(3) (2006), the State may take an interlocutory appeal "only from a pretrial order in a felony prosecution which . . . grants a motion under Ark.Code Ann. § 16-42-101(c) to allow evidence of a victim's prior sexual conduct."
