Jason B. Dale was indicted on one count of conspiring to manufacture and to distribute 500 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. Mr. Dale pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 180 months' imprisonment.
