Sokol & Associates, Inc. ("SA Inc.") appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Techsonic Industries, Inc. ("Techsonic") and Johnson Outdoors, Inc. ("Johnson") on SA Inc.'s claim for breach of a sales representative agreement. We affirm.
