The Chapter 13 Trustee filed a motion to deny confirmation of Debtor Frances Oliver Ward's proposed Chapter 13 Plan. The issue is whether the Debtor is proposing to pay into her plan all of her "projected disposable income to be received in the applicable commitment period" as required by § 1325(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
