¶ 1 Appellant Thomas McCurdy was convicted after a jury trial of robbery and prohibited possession of a weapon. The court sentenced him to an aggravated prison term of six years for robbery, to be served concurrently with a presumptive, 4.5-year term for prohibited possession.
